We hope this message finds you well. We are reaching out to provide important updates and to clarify certain matters that have recently come to light regarding our Hot & Cold Therapy service. Our primary concern is the safety, transparency, and well-being of our customers, and we want to ensure that everyone is fully informed as we navigate these developments.

1. Indefinite Suspension of Hot & Cold Therapy

We have concluded the internal investigation into renovation works carried out under the WEFIT Programme at our premises. This includes a thorough review of possible fraudulent claims and non-compliance related to the Hot & Cold Therapy service. Several issues have been identified, but we are not at liberty to disclose at the moment in order to avoid any untoward public response.

As a result of these findings, we have made the decision to suspend the Hot & Cold Therapy service at Sen Do Wellness Centre indefinitely until we find a solution to ensure the safety and integrity of the services.

2. Clarification on Sen Do Wellness Centre and Sen Do Wellness Berhad

It has come to our attention that there may be some confusion between Sen Do Wellness Centre and Sen Do Wellness Berhad. We would like to make it clear that Sen Do Wellness Centre, located at No. 1, Jalan 7/16, Petaling Jaya, is a separate entity and does not have any affiliation with Sen Do Wellness Berhad, which is owned by Mr. Goh Keng Swee and Ms. Stephanie Oh.

We wish to caution the public against investing in or subscribing to the Hot & Cold Therapy offered, as it is not an officially recognized treatment under the Traditional and Complementary Medicine Division (TCM) of the Ministry of Health Malaysia. Despite claims made of specific health benefit, the therapy is not scientifically proven and we are uncertain that it has been submitted for approval by the TCM Board as claimed.

3. Investor and Customer Caution

We strongly advise anyone considering investment or participation in therapy services related to the Hot & Cold Therapy treatment to exercise caution. The claims made of the Hot & Cold Therapy regarding the potential health benefits of this therapy are unsupported by scientific evidence. Additionally, the public should be aware that substantial funds have been solicited from friends, family, and the general public to open a new centre within the same vicinity, which may not have been fully disclosed.At Sen Do Wellness Centre, we remain committed to providing safe, professional, and trustworthy services.
