Infrared Sauna Safety Guidelines
Here are some safety guidelines for using an infrared sauna.


1. Health Condition
If you have any medical conditions, talk to a healthcare provider before using a sauna.
2. Limit Usage Time
Use the sauna for no more than 30 minutes to prevent overheating.
3. Avoid When Sick
Skip the sauna if you're feeling unwell. Rest is better for recovery.
4. No Alcohol
Do not drink alcohol before or during sauna use to avoid serious health risks.
5. Stay Hydrated
Recommend to drink 500 ml of water before, during, and after your sauna session to prevent dehydration.
6. Wear Comfortable Clothing
Wear loose clothing to help your skin sweat freely
7. Keep Clear of Heaters
Use a backrest and avoid touching the heaters directly with your body or objects like towels or clothing.
8. No Jewelry or Metal
Remove all jewelery and avoid wearing swimsuits with metal parts or slimming panels.
